1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Wordy ("the Tool"), a service operated by Runtimezero under the RuntimeHub brand ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Tool.
These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Tool. Use of the Tool constitutes acceptance of these Terms in full.
2. Description of the Tool
Wordy is a free, browser-based keyword density analysis tool that processes text locally on your device using JavaScript Web Workers. The Tool applies four mathematical models — Shannon Entropy, Zipf-Mandelbrot distribution fitting, Semantic Gravity (NPMI co-occurrence), and Kullback-Leibler Divergence — to produce real-time keyword density scores and recommendations.
All computation occurs client-side. No text you enter into the Tool is transmitted to, stored on, or processed by any external server. The Tool functions as a static web application delivered over a CDN.
3. Permitted Use
You are permitted to use Wordy for any lawful purpose, including personal, academic, commercial, and professional use, subject to the restrictions set out in Section 4. Permitted uses include, but are not limited to:
- Analysing your own text content for SEO optimisation purposes
- Auditing existing web pages and documents for keyword density
- Academic research into computational linguistics and information theory
- Educational use within courses covering SEO, content strategy, or natural language processing
- Integration of the Tool's output into your own content workflows
4. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Tool in any way that:
- Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Involves the redistribution of the Tool or its source code under your own brand without attribution to Runtimezero
- Attempts to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract proprietary algorithms from the Tool for competing commercial redistribution
- Uses automated scripts or bots to scrape, mirror, or mass-reproduce the Tool's interface or output
- Involves transmitting any malicious code, viruses, or harmful components through or in connection with the Tool
- Impersonates Runtimezero or RuntimeHub, or misrepresents your affiliation with us
5. Intellectual Property
The Tool, including its interface design, visual elements, mathematical engine logic, source code, and all associated content (including but not limited to the About, Terms, and Privacy pages), is the intellectual property of Runtimezero and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
The four-pillar scoring model, the composite weighting algorithm, and the user-facing interpretation system are original works developed by Runtimezero. Reproduction or adaptation for redistribution requires prior written consent.
Any text you enter into the Tool's analysis interface remains your intellectual property at all times. Runtimezero claims no rights over your content.
6. No Warranties
The Tool is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The Tool will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times
- The mathematical analysis will produce results that correlate with any specific search engine's ranking decisions
- The keyword density thresholds and recommendations will remain aligned with best practices as search engine algorithms evolve
- Any specific score or grade will guarantee improved search engine ranking or visibility
Keyword density is one of many factors in search engine optimisation. Wordy's scores and recommendations are mathematical observations, not guarantees of SEO performance. You should use the Tool's output as one data point among many in your content strategy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Runtimezero shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Tool or any content or functionality provided through it.
Because the Tool is provided free of charge and processes no data on our servers, our total liability in any matter arising from these Terms or your use of the Tool shall not exceed zero in jurisdictions where such a limitation is permitted.
8. Third-Party Services
The Tool loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). Your browser will make a network request to Google's servers to retrieve these font files. This request is subject to Google's own terms of service and privacy policy. We do not control or take responsibility for Google's data handling practices.
No other third-party services, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or tracking systems are used by the Tool.
9. Modifications to the Tool and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Tool at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will reflect any revisions.
Your continued use of the Tool following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Runtimezero's country of registration.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent and economic effect of the original.
